1. ADMISSIONS
The Energy EDC team will meet with you to determine a mutual fit based on your goals and interests. Next, we will work together on welcoming you into our next cohort by establishing a commitment to your success. Finally, we will begin our relationship by outlining all of the steps on your purpose-filled journey into the clean energy sector.
2. EDUCATION
Your education will be comprehensive, fun, and interactive. Collaborating with instructors and peers, you will engage in multi-hour training sessions and come away with actionable knowledge. For example, you will obtain the tools and information needed to pass at least one nationally-recognized certification exam in a carbon reduction related field.
3. CAREER DEVELOPMENT
At Energy EDC, we are focused on making you competitive for the job market. As a result, your career development begins with admission into our programming and continues throughout your career: we are here for you. From networking opportunities to job searching to lasting mentor and alumni connections, the Energy EDC career team is ready, willing, and able to work with you in order to ensure that you maximize your career in the clean energy space. Continued resources later in your career include refresher classes and tutoring opportunities. Of course, we ask that you give back to the ecosystem as well.
